Arranging a home inspection

Home inspection services provide outstanding peace of mind and are the best way to avoid expensive surprises in the purchase of your new home. A Registered Home Inspector (RHI) will assess the quality, condition and safety of the home you are buying. Is your dream home safe?  Is it free of structural or maintenance problems? Are all of the 10 essential structural components of the house: Structure, exterior, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, interior walls, ventilation and fireplaces in good working order?  Qualified home inspectors can answer each of these important questions and provide an objective, clear and concise written report. With this valuable report, you are going to be able to make an informed buying decision.

Angela and Cameron Nolan recommend making each Offer/Agreement of Purchase and Sale “conditional” upon a Home Inspection. A Home Inspection typically takes between 2 and 3 hours and can cost anywhere from $375 to $460. We provide our Buyers with a list of qualified home inspectors that we recommend. Buyers are encouraged to attend and learn first-hand the observations made by the professional Home Inspector. The Home Inspector will review the results of the Home Inspection with you and provide you with the approximate cost of any necessary repairs. The Home Inspector will also be able to educate you and answer any questions about your new home. Angela and/or Cameron will attend the inspection with you so that we can hear and watch the Home Inspection first-hand as well.
